- A family member is admitted to the hospital.
- Your address or phone number has changed or if you are moving.
- You feel that the church or Pastor may be of help to you in any way.
- You would like to put someone on the prayer list or remove his or her name.
- You would like to use the Fellowship Hall or church.
- There has been a death in your family.
- There is a new baby in your family.
